Tim Ford | Axys Design

Tim Ford offers a one-to-one personal service to private Clients and Developers alike, drawing on a wealth of over 30 years local experience. He specialises in all forms of residential development design, from a modest extension to a new house to a listed barn conversion. He has extensive experience of working with small developers, with a local record of successful developments of flats and houses on sites up to about 25 units.

Primarily, Axys Design supplies planning and building regulation stage drawings and deals with Council applications, to provide a construction package of information for self-builders, developers and builders to price and work from. We are familiar with most forms of ‘eco’ building elements, up to Passivhaus standards, and always strive to deliver thermal performance in excess of the minimum required wherever possible.

In addition, we are able to provide a whole range of ‘add-on’ services such as digital topographical and measured building surveys, 3D CAD from initial modelling through to photo-realistic presentations, thermal calculations, sound and air testing of new dwellings and structural calculations.

Tim is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He carries full professional indemnity insurance.

Call or email Tim Ford for an informal chat about your next project.
